Mattress failed in less than two years

We paid a lot of money for a king Lux Estate. In a little over a year it began to sink on both sides of a ridge in the middle. It is now very uncomfortable and something this expensive should be a reliable product. We contacted the furniture store where we bought it and they sent out a manufactures rep to evaluate it. They placed a taught string across the bed and you could see the depressions and the ridge. They measured the depression at the ridge and said the mattress was fine. I am very disappointed with S&F and the store where I bought it. I will not buy any other products from either again.

Medium a bit disappointing

Purchased the medium after testing comfort at a mattress store. Sleep is comfortable but not quite pressure point relieving as same model in store why I gave it 4/5 stars.
