Not as good as my old Streans and Forster

Disappointed with this one. Not as comfortable and already sagging where we sleep. Was expecting the same quality as my old one.

Organization

I love my new purse. It keeps me organized. It has a lot of sections which is great for your lap top, phone & notebooks. Working with the public taking notes all the time helps me find whatever I need when I need it. Perfect for all information.

Mattress

The mattress is exactly what we have been searching for - it gives us the comfort we were seeking. We like pillow top mattresses yet firm also. This hit the spot!!

We have not yet accepted the delivery of this item but we were very pleased with the exceptional service by the sales person at Macy’s . He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses available and very personable. He made the experience as best we could have expected,

ordered, medium and got firm. Way too hard!

Not what I ordered

HORRIBLE MATTRESS

The worst king mattress we have ever purchased. We have had it for 10 months and immediately after two months, 2 massive indentations emerged (where we sleep), and it has only gotten worse. We bought the same mattress in a queen for our son, and he has the exact same issue. If I could give this mattress a 0, I would!!!

Mattress not worth the money

Seems to be a sturdy mattress however, the pillow top is not what I expected (especially for the price). I purchased in September and 2 months later I now have two indentations on each side where we sleep. The pillow top does not maintain its shape and the mattress is not working out well for my back. I expected a much better experience with this brand.

They have gone down in quality, DO NOT BUY

We bought this mattress on 09/17/2023 and it is already sagging and we have such painful and poor sleep. We bought this one to replace our 2018 Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Nighthawk Luxury Cushion Firm which we loved so much but got damaged recently by our movers. We gave this new mattress a try for almost 2 months but we got to the point of waking up with so much muscle, neck and hip pain. We are exchanging this for something else, sadly Macy's charges 15% "return preference" fee which I think is way too high. They offer to have a technician come over and inspect the mattress and if determined defective they would wave the 15% BUT the technician could only come until 11/30/2023, today is 11/04/2023, that's way too long to wait and sleep on a mattress that is damaging your health! They should hold their vendors accountable for lowering their quality and charge them the 15%. I will update this review as we go to the process of re-selecting a mattress.
