Very slow delivery

The item appears okay but the delivery shipping took 15 days which was apparently from a third party vendor. By comparison, a purchase I made from Wal---t was received the very next day. I usually get my Macy's orders within a few days but this one was ridiculous.

Poor Quality

From day one, this iron leaks water all over my clothes no matter what the setting is on. I should’ve returned it but I don’t use it often. I thought maybe I was putting too much water in but eventually realized that there is a defect. I would not buy again.

Iron

I returned it because I wasn’t sure how to read the dial on what setting it was on. The writing was upside down, and I never saw an arrow pointing to whether it was on cotton or linen.
