Love this griddle pan!!!

The 10” is the perfect size for us. I just grilled salmon cakes and they cooked perfectly, looked like they had been cooked on the grill, and tasted great. My only concern is how to clean the ribs. Any suggestions?

Love Staub Products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Staub Grill pans! This is my second grill skillet purchase. I would have preferred to have the pour spouts as I have on my first grill skillet, but this is still the best cookware ever! This is my fifth Staub purchase, and I love to use this cookware to prepare delicious, healthy meals everyday. Now, I have a second skillet to use when I have guests. I enjoy placing my food in the oven and moving on to other tasks. The best carefree cookware ever! I highly recommend Staub Cookware!

Fantastic!

got it for the pizza oven, kept it for EVERYTHING

Great Grill Pan. Used it in the incredibly hot pizza oven outside, perfect crust. Great for searing and veggies on the grill too. Perfect Summer Pan.

Gorgeous blue grill is so functional. Grill inside or out. It made from cast iron but no seasoning required so easy to care for. The grill pan has deep groves which act as a double benefit - perfect grill marks and indirect heat to help cook your food with out drying out. I love to cook "shrimp on the barbie". The little guys never fall through the cracks.
