Arrived in poor condition

Loose screws were rattling around inside and there was a hole in the table. I returned it and bought another one at a different store, which was a few dollars cheaper, the table was bigger and no issues.

can’t open battery holder

Both my husband and I have been trying to open the case to put batteries in it with no luck. My kids haven’t been able to play with it, so it was a waste of money.

Hours of competitive fun

I bought this product for our young grandsons as a gift. They will love it. It is the perfect size and will give them hours of fun. The table is sturdy and will hold up to a lot of vigorous play. The air is not very powerful so the disks need a little extra push.

Pretty good

Super cute, great size, & works well! The pucks are a little small so it takes some getting used to. Other than that, the kids love it!

Hockey Game

I bought the Hockey Game for my 11 year old son which I know he will love getting for Christmas. When I stopped by customer service to pick it up,the Sales Associate said it was heavy., so I said can you help me carry it to my car which is parked in the front at curbside pick up. She said I’m the only person here. I said can you call someone because I have a pinch nerve and would appreciate some help carry this merchandise to my car. She looked at me with a blank stare and did nothing. This happened at the Walt Whitman store on Long Island. I’m surprised at her lack of customer service because I’ve never had an issue at the store. Always great customer service in the past, so I’m assuming she didn’t want to be bothered to help me carry it to my car.

I ordered this for Christmas, which was supposed to be delivered with 5 other items in one package? Ended up not receiving the game table all together . Never got shipped or got delivered. The package I did receive seemed too small(which ended up being stolen while I was at work) so there no way this game table fit in that small box .
