Order imcomplete

The ad on Macy's website said a workout dvd was included in the price. When I recieved the step platform there was no workout dvd. I called Macy's and they contacted the seller. The seller today notified Macy's they ran out of the dvds. they did not offer to send a dvd that was compabile to the one out of stock.Sincre this order was placed on macy's website. I feel Macys should issue me either a store credit equal to the cost of the dvd. Or send me the label so I can return the step platform at the sellers expense. Im very unhappy with the wayu this matter was handled. One star is to much. this should have zero.
