I Wasn't Sure at First, But Glad I Read It

I'm a big mystery and thriller lover. I also love history. A co-worker friend of mine raved about this author. I wasn't sure at first as it was geared towards young adults. However, it didn't disappoint. Great story. I was cheering for the main character the whole time. I already have book #2 saved to purchase for my next shopping trip.

Riveting

I thoroughly enjoyed this adaptation of Jack the Ripper. I was enthralled with the story telling and world building. Audrey Rose was a great character and I loved the nod to Sherlock Holmes in Thomas’s character. Her blend of Doyle and Shelley into this mysterious tale of Jack the Ripper was perfect. I look forward to reading Hunting Prince Dracula

Amazing!! You won’t want to put this book down!!

Mom bought this as a Birthday gift for me a few weeks ago. Such an enjoyable read! Can’t wait to start the next book. Ordered Hunting Prince Dracula yesterday and I can’t wait to start reading it. The main character Aubrey Rose tells things from her point of view. Kerri’s character development and descriptive elements brings the whole story to life! In addition the added Gothic feel in Victorian England in the 1880s. Aubrey Rose is caught between 2 worlds. In one world she wants to be a medical student against the rules of society at that time and on the other she’s forced to keep up appearances as a proper “English lady,” in the other. Together with her love interest, the dashing Thomas Creswell they work together to solve who’s murdering women on the streets of London. There are all sorts of twists and turns and an ending that will shake you to your very core. This book is also set in my favorite time period and it makes me wanna dress up in classic Victorian dress all the time! Lol 😂 I can’t wait to read more from Kerri! I would love for these books to be a TV series someday! That would be super cool! Keri if you’re reading this please be open to a TV series!! You’re one hell of an author!!
