How'd you like Christmas presents a month late?

If I could give zero stars I would, simply for the customer service on this item from Macy and Canteen! I was promised by christmas, then a "few" days, then couldnt get any answers until they showed up like 30 days after i ordered & in Feb now im being charged! Oh the box was delivered in a rainstorm, in the bushes in the mud! Really? C'mon. Tried to add photos of delivery, cheap packaging from Canteen but cant add them to review.
