Great shoes overall!

Comfortable and look great. Nice tan color which is hard to find because most other shoes are either black or a dark cognac. Only negative is the shoe sizing is WAY off. My normal shoe size is a 10-10.5 and based on the size chart of my heel to toe, I was recommended a 10.5. I got the 10.5 and it was way too big. Had to return and got a 8.5 which ended up fitting well. Other than that, shoe is great!

Poor Quality Shoe

This shoe is cheap and poor quality. Never have I received a shoe that squeaks with every motion. Macys is selling defective units to customers and stealing their hard earned money as they go out of business. Customer service is nonexistent. Find better quality items from other suppliers/stores. This is not the place to put your hard earned money in these times.

Fell apart immediately

Within one hour of wearing these for the first time, I noticed the toe areas were visibly creased like cardboard. Then I noticed weird brown flecks on my hands. The outer layer of one shoe was basically peeling off. Not to mention, the backs of my heels were bleeding. I know dress shoes aren’t made for comfort, but these were torture.
