Second time this has happened

This is the second time they’ve shipped an item with the security tag still attached! Not only is this extremely inconvenient, but it also defeats the purpose of shopping online for convenience. Now, I have to make an unnecessary trip to the store just to get the tag removed. For someone with a busy schedule, this is frustrating and unacceptable. Quality checks need to be improved to ensure these issues don’t happen again. This experience makes me hesitant to shop online with them in the future.
