Well built.

This thing is very sturdy, yet also lightweight. It works for me for situps and preacher curls and I'm 6 feet tall. There is one major flaw though, but this thing was so inexpensive, i can live with it, and that is the stands that hold the bar for preacher curls are spaced right where you want to put your hands to pick up and set down the bar, so i end up having to drop the bar onto the stands at the end of a set. Also, it's orange. This will clash with most gyms. I painted mine red, but the border hemming of the pads is still orange.
