Jacket is not as shown sadly

When I order this - what arrives is a solid black Ohio State Jacket with zipper in red. It looks nothing like this and they said the web picture and info is wrong. I have inquired trying to be able to purchase jacket as shown but the Macy's store associate just said there is nothing they can do. Ordered it more than once thinking maybe the warehouse person pulled it wrong but no- always arrives wrong sadly.
