Didn't notice a difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The directions instruct you to take one daily with or without food. Even taking these consistently, I wasn't able to tell a difference in my dry skin. I enjoyed that it's gluten and soy free, uses many non-GMO ingredients, and uses Kosher gelatin. They made a significant effort to make a high quality product. It just didn't work for me.

Skin is more hydrated!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these Sports Research Phytoceramides. I was taking a different ceramide supplement but just recently switched because this pill is smaller and much easier to swallow. Since taking ceramides my skin is less dry and looks more alive and hydrated. These pills are also oderless and tasteless!
