Just one of our Triple Strength Omega-3 softgels provides 3x the strength of EPA and DHA in the triglyceride form. That means you only need to take one softgel per day instead of three to meet the recommended intake of omega-3— that's what we call getting more from your softgel. It's formulated with your lifestyle in mind, so you have more time to play.

Helps with my Eczema

I first started using Sports Research to help lessen my eczema inflammation and my splitting nails. While I still struggle with both of those issues, Sports Research Omega 3 pills has helped lessen the effects of both of those issues. I likely need to take more than 1 pill a day, but it helps me supplement the Omega-3 nutrients that my body desperately needs.

Top Omega 3 capsule

My husband and I researched several brands and both liked this one the best. We looked at where the fish comes from, other ingredients, price and having it all in one capsule. Note: The capsule is large so may not work for you if this is a concern.

Will continue

Happy with the product so far, but I'm only about a month in. The pill itself is huge, but at least it's only one per day. I believe it's a good choice for me so I will continue using it. No weird after taste, no side effects.ses like good quality.

Top quality supplement

Superior to drugstore brands. Noticed a difference right away in my dry eyes, & with skin & hair.

Non-fishy fish oil, as advertised.

Not seeing the benefits I'd hoped for yet, but the capsules are easy to swallow and with no hint of fish. We'll see if longer use shows the benefits.

The best I’ve found

100 percent the best. I have recommended this product to SEVERAL friends. My cardiologist recommended I take 4 g of omega 3’s each day to keep my triglycerides in check. It works - and I have the lab work to prove it. I love that each capsule has over 1000 mg of good quality omega 3s. They’re easy to swallow and I’ve had zero fishy aftertaste or burps. I reorder these before I run out. If you’re looking for a good quality supplement, this is it.

Waist of money.

Everyone is gaga over omega-3 fish oil. I don't feel any difference. Not better or worse. I think it's a waste of money.
