It works!

Nothing better

I've tried other brands, but nothing has helped my anxiety more than this brand. My doctor recommended a therapeutic dose - 600 mg/3 x per day. It''s helped immensely and I trust these ingredients and this brand.

helps ocd thoughts and anxiety

really helpful for ocd thoughts. one of the few supplements i've tried where i experience a notable difference when i'm taking it. some days it seems to help more than others, but generally speaking, the overall trend of my anxiety and rumination is definitely down

Ok, but not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this product in a vitamin, however this product did not agree with me. This product is easy to swallow which is a plus but it caused stomach upset for me. I would recommend to others but I would not purchase for myself.
