Not sure I can tell the difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure that I feel different from taking these probiotics. I am a big believer in gut health, but I didn't notice a difference when taking these either way. I usually don't like swallowing pills and these are a bit big, but the serving size is only 1 capsule so it's really not too bad.

Great Probiotic

Gut health

It really works.

They even helped me go to the bathroom more. They do not need to be refrigerated, so they last longer than other types of probiotics.

Great supplement!

I have tried several brands, but this one is the best. I has several strains that aren't included in some other probiotic supplements. The pills are easy to take, not too big.
