Glasses are beautiful but were broken

I love Spode and know their glasses are beautiful but the lowballs I ordered were not packed and shipped well. I ordered 3 boxes of 4 lowball glasses, and 2 of the 3 boxes had broken glasses. They were so broken I couldn’t even return them and the lowballs were then out of stock, so they could not be replaced. The Macy’s customer service lady was wonderful and refunded me promptly, but unfortunately I still don’t have the Spode glasses for Christmas.

Colors don’t match

The color on these glasses do not match the others I have purchased in the past and the graphic sits lower in the glass.

Beautiful Glasses!

I am obsessed with these glasses. They are so absolutely gorgeous, I'm so excited to use them every year. They came in solid packaging that I'll be able to put them in year after year to store them safely.

I love these festive glasses

The gold rim adds a touch of class, and the Christmas tree is in nice bright colors. I think I need more!
