Very helpful

I got both sets that I ordered and both handles were broken on the sugar bowls. They were packed in their original boxes and placed together in a box. I called the same day and the person I talked to was great and very helpful. I got my money refunded and I appreciate their help. I hope they can get better packaging and I’ll try again next year.

Spode all the way!

Love this! I’ve been looking at Spode for many years. I finally decided to do it on their after Christmas sale.I purchased four sets, for 16 guests. It’s very nice as advertised. It’s very a creamy color but that’s fine. I checked every single piece when it arrived, nothing was broken. I also bought eight mugs. They’re stacking and I love that. It keeps counters pace clear at my Christmas parties. The only thing that’s puzzling is the little knob on the sugar bowl lid. It looks like an acorn and it sits sideways it’s fine it just looks a little bit odd. Not enough to send back, and it even came with a pretty little wooden oval tray, I guess I missed that when I ordered it. Nice surprise. I am going to enjoy these dishes for many years to come and start my Spode collection. I am so excited for Christmas 2025!

Pretty milk and sugar set.

I really think that this is pretty but I’m a little bothered by the lid on the sugar bowl with the crooked knob on it.

These are super cute. The first order came broken and Macy's made it easy to return and I was able to order a new one which was perfect.
