Adorable Placemats

I love the placemats I purchased to go along with the runner and napkins. I did find they can be spot cleaned nicely. They also laundered well and need just a slight pressing.

Cannot rate because never received

Never received the Spode Christmas Tree placemats or kitchen towels that I ordered. Received a table cloth and oven mitts that I am returning. The order number printed on packing slip was not the order number on my order confirmation. More than 2 weeks since contacting customers service (despite being reassured my original request would be shipped in 2-5 business days) I have not received. Instead of a refund to my Macy’s credit card used for the purchase, curiously, I received a gift card in the mail for the amount of my purchase as a refund. So disappointed with Macy’s!
