I was really excited to get this bag because I started traveling again and I wanted a new cute carry on. The bag is gorgeous, and I couldn't wait to use it. I had the bag for one week, took it on one, ONE trip and one of the feet that is on the bottom of the bag ripped off. Not just the metal foot, but the leather around it as well. The fake leather trim also started to unravel as well. I know travel bags get beat up, but not after one use. I had to return it since it is poor quality.
Wear and tear after two trips
I'll start with positive. I love Pendleton and the pattern of this line. I can use it as a roller or attach the straps and wear it on my shoulder. There is a zipper section inside and pockets. The reason I gave it three stars is because for the price I paid I wouldn't expect the wear and tear after two trips!!!!! I never checked it in and was careful with it when traveling. I travel a lot and have used plenty of different types of luggage. I wanted to splurge for once. After two trips, the thread already started to come undone by the zipper, plastic looks used from it being rolled around and strings coming off parts of the threading through out the bag. Imagine when I check it in. We all know airlines don't handle checked in luggage with care. I am taking it on one more trip and if it looks worse, I am returning it. I really wanted to buy more products from this line but I am disappoint.
