Disappointed in Macys

I received my SPGBK watch today. I am unable to rate this watch because it failed to function on arrival. The second hand is not functioning and the battery should not be dead on a new watch. It came with no instructions and no invoice. This is not a reflection on the brand itself. This is a reflection on Macys.

That battery’s were dead in both watches I purchased and had to send it back

Bold and Confident Statement

I love it!! The band is soft, wide, and very comfortable. The watch face is big if u have a small wrist however it is a statement n itself! I have added this mauve color to my collection. I love all of SPGBK’s vibrant rich colors!

Very nice watch, however it arrived with a dead battery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
