Lace hooks turn
I really like the boots, but am disappointed that the lace hooks turn.I’ve never had that problem with a pair of boots before.

Strap on back of shoe tore off
I love this shoe but the strap located at the rear of the shoe ripped off making it very difficult to put the shoe on easily. Apparently this is a common issue with this shoe unfortunately.

Great shoe - stitching less than ideal
Stitching in one shoe is already treading off out of the box. Haven’t even worn them yet.

Very nice and warm
It’s halfway between a sneaker and a boot. I like to wear them on snowy days to work, keeps my feet dry and I don’t have to wear bulky boots all day or compromise and bring a pair of sneakers with to change into.
