Weak, if any Foot Support

I don't know what happened to this shoe, but it has lost all of its foot support. I have been buying he Billfish 3-Eye Boat Shoe in a 10 medium for the last 15 years because it was always a good looking casual sturdy with support. The pair of shoes was narrow, flimsy, unstable, and too tight. What has happened to the quality control?

No Stability Shoe

Sperry has managed to destroy the quality of these shoes. There is no stability in these shoes, the medium with is very narrow (I could barely put my feet in them, and the price is higher. Maybe, these were made especially for Macy's. Whatever happened, I am very disappointed because these were my go to causal shoe especially during the summer.

Staff helpful at Macy’s with finding precisely what you are looking for for & being able to see products much better than online ordering where you can’t examine products first hand, then have to send back because quality of product not what you thought it would be.
