Pretty color but arrived damaged

Received this dress today with flaws; one of the straps is frayed and the piping is coming out at the bottom of the bust causing frays. Because it is out of stock now and my daughter likes the way the top fits, we are going to keep it and do our best to doctor it up and hide the flaws. The color is pretty and the adjustable straps and ties are nice. We love the pockets.

The dress is nice but came without the lace

The dress is pretty, good quality, runs small but it came without the lace I have to cut the dress shorter and with the leftover fabric make one

Don't order online but overall nice dress:)

Had to return the first time I ordered it because it had makeup on it. Had to the second purchased one because it was missing the strap in the back. These were online orders. Before noticing the dress was missing a part of it, I tried it on and it fit well and looked nice. Would recommend, just don't order it online.

One-wear dress.

Gorgeous gown but ridiculously long. We had to hem it. Also very cheaply made. The boning on the bodice looks great until it pokes through the fabric--almost immediately. The fabric snags very easily too. Don't buy it. Loved the look but there are too many flaws.

Good dress but damaged

The dress was good. Nice material and well made. I ordered this dress once and it was damaged, so I returned it and reordered it. The second dress I received was also damaged. This damage seems to have been from the handling, not from the shipping or manufacturing. But, I’m disappointed with the damage, considering how much this dress cost. I decided I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it again so I’ll just repair the dress myself. Beware. If you order a prom dress from Macy’s make sure that it is over a month before you need it, just in case it comes damaged.

Don't buy online from Macy's

I ordered this dress online because the one in the store was stained. The one that I ordered came in with a huge make up stain on it, and I had to return it and do an emergency shopping trip for a last minute prom dress for my daughter. I won't be ordering online from Macy's again, they sent me an item that was clearly returned.

Almost perfect

Excellent quality material, beautiful color, very pretty, just not very forgiving in the bodice; a little tight. Maybe order a size up, but really great dress!
