Horrible

I received this necklace broken and when I tried to exchange it, the associates couldn't do anything about it.They couldn't exchange it for me without returning the item and then paying a higher since I got it on sale even though I received it broken already. Absolutely horrible experience with this necklace.

Re-design the clasp

Beautiful necklace, but the clasp is very fragile, needs a re-design. If the clasp was better, I would have rated this product 4 stars.
