Wish they had petite

I'm 5-3 and I expected these to be long, I can handle that. If I cuff them, they're baggy and saggy in the behind, and make me look bigger and more squat. If I either roll the waistline or pull them way up so the waist is under my bust, then they look great! I'll probably choose to roll the waistline. They're soft, lightweight, perfect for spring and summer. If they were petite, they would be absolutely perfect.
