The heel is very stiff, the color on the sole chipped and in less than a month it looks horrible. The zippers are stiff and difficult to pull up.

Super comfortable
Extremely comfortable. Gotta be the most comfortable shoe i ever wore. It’s soft all around on the inside and cushions your toes.

To print a Purolator return label and packing slip, please follow the instructions in the link below: https://www.naturalizer.ca/en/help/returns-and-exchanges?icid=Footer_Help_Returns Re-package your order, place the completed return form inside the box, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package. We recommend dropping your package at a staffed Purolator location to avoid delays. Upon receipt of your return, a flat rate return shipping fee of $8.00 per order will be deducted from your refund total. Please allow 2-3 weeks from arrival to our warehouse for your return to be processed. Our warehouse is unable to process exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order on our web site.
Broke after wearing once

Very Narrow
The boot is decent looking, but I could not even put it on. It runs VERY narrow, not a medium in my experience.
Order up
Order a half size up or wide width. It’s pretty narrow and tight. I can’t return them because I threw out the box since I was moving when they arrived.

Impressed
Wow these totally exceed my expectations. I had to log back in and make sure I didn't accidentally order real leather. Its hard to find a vegan boot that doesn’t look cheap/plasticy and these look so sleek. The grain is really fine, the material is soft and flexible and the ankle isn’t too wide.
