Nice boots

I recommend sizing up. I'm normally an 8, I bought size 8.5, thinking that I can wear thicker socks with it. Very snug. Returning and getting a size 9.

Unanticipated end use

Nice boot! Leather has a bit of a waxed finish which collects dust and small particles like a magnet. Constantly wiping them off when headed out to town. No problem, turned them into my new barn boots. Perfect. Waterproof. Good traction. No desire to wipe them off as they aren’t worn to town. Footbed is nicely padded, but zero arch support. The boot is well made, we’ll see how it holds up doing ALL the chores in a horse barn.

Cute and Comfy!!

These boots are awesome! They have been very comfortable for me right out of the box. I usually wear a size 6.5 shoe, so I ordered both the size 6 and 6.5 boots. I tried the size 6 boots on first and they fit like a charm! I took them on a ski trip and wore them the whole day traveling with no problem. The blackened brown color is beautiful and very versatile. Many here complained about a tight ankle. I confess that I do have very narrow ankles, so these boots were not a problem for me. Great quality, and solid construction.....just what one expects from Sorel!
