Zipper breaks
This is the second time I’ve tried to buy these boots. I love them so much but the zipper keeps breaking. The first pair I had for about 2 months and then the zipper broke. I tried to fix it, but eventually had to send them back. Then I ordered another pair and they showed up with the zipper broken on both boots. I’m so bummed and annoyed that I have to go through the return process again.

Random screws
This is my second pair and I love them. However there was a very large gold screw, only partially screwed in on both boots. Under the foot bed. I thought i had a stone in my shoe but upon inspection it was a screw. I tried to screw them in with a phillips head but could not get them flush with the sole. I had no choice but to remove them. I really hope that they are not the only screws “holding” the heel on. Otherwise they are great ! Oh and you do have to size up .

Boot defect
The left boot had a defect in the heal! Felt as though you had a hole in the middle of you heal.

Nice boots!
I bought these for a trip to Alaska. We are going in the rainy season and these are not only waterproof, but comfortable for walking and stylish. They have a roomy fit, which leaves room for a thicker sock. I bought my usual size of a 7.5 and they will work great!

Not good. Incredibly painful
Nail heads coming through the heel. Made it uncomfortable to walk more than a few minutes.
