Great punching bag

Item arrived on time and was packaged well. Easy to assemble and would work for a teenager that maybe is at least 5 feet or maybe a little bit shorter and adults as long as they're not too tall.

Great buy

This is great i love it if your thinking about getting it or unsure buy it the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the golves that came with it are cheaply made other then that I would have given it 5starts.

Good products and great features.

I filled with water which keep the punching ball quite stable enough as the bottom part is connected with spring. This punching ball is different from the traditional boxing ball I had before, it?s much easier for a lady to use but fun enough. I get stressed out from work a lot, and this help me relief myself. The other perk I get is doing excises help me stay away from sub health. the Bluetooth is a great feature. I use it to track my progress, rates, and use some of the guides provided in the app. I also like to use the challenge mode to challenge my husband for higher scores, so that we keep a track on each other?s work effort. It?s been a great experience to use, no complaints at all.
