Excellent specifications

I Purchased this Sony as a replacement for my Samsung which after 10 years the screen had finally started to fail. I had specific requirements for eg 2 built-in satellite inputs and other requirements. Only Sony and Panasonic televisions had all of the required options. This model won over the others but it was really only between different Sony models. I Have no complaints about my choice it's just take time to learn all the differences between this TV and my old one.

Late to the party my first OLED TV beautiful picture quality and the contrast of the colours and darks beautiful there’s two I like in picture mode Vivid and IMAX enhanced.

Sony ain't fony!

I have been purchasing Sony TVs for the past 20 years or so and and can honestly say, it is the best. I have had other brands but they can not compare to Sony's hardware. Yes, sometimes the price is a bit more expensive but you are paying for the quality of the product.

A replacement for an old Sony

I was still watching an 11 year old Sony which had been a TV of the year in it's own time. Clearly one of my parameters is reliability. My first impression is that TVs are bigger now. My last one was 46 inches, the new one is 55. Quite big enough for my lounge. All excellent. I like 4k and the picture is immersive. I tend to think the sound is better on Sony's as many of the panels are common. One gripe. It will stream most services but "U" is not available - weird.
