Failed just outside warranty

Won't buy again, one ear failed after 13 months. Poor.

I want an invoice I don't receive

Very bad with Sony, I received the 10 headphones but they did not send me a purchase invoice, only a receipt, and it cannot be returned because it does not give me the option

Great for small ears

Hope Sony always has this in stock. If other ear buds tend to pop out of your ear then these will not give you that problem. I have tried MANY ear pieces and these are the best. The cord can survive 2 years of warn.

Sound quality is terrible

Old Sony headphones were my favourite ever. I was so happy when found new ones. And so disappointed when tried them. The shape is smaller and they fall out of my ears. The cable is thin, plastic and pathetic. And the sound is flat, bassless, quiet. Very disappointed in Sony.
