First couple hours the tv was stuck in demo mode and it resets the settings every 5 mins. Remote controler failed to update so the TV pops up an alert every 2 secs to update just so it can fail again. Most devices work fine on my old 2016 Sony, all have major issues working with the new tv. Best thing about it is that you can use Bluetooth and even that is buggy. 4k isn't amazing, its problematic and most stuff looks worse in 4k then 3D or even Blueray.

Sony is still amazing!!
I always buy only Sony TV. But also other devices, like audio lines, video cameras, GV-HD700 MiniDV HDV Player etc. I bought my first OLED 4K 6 years ago, a Sony KD-55AF8. I moved it to another room, and now I have an OLED Sony XR-77A95LPAEP in the living room with Soundbar Sony HT-A8000. Sony is still amazing!!

Upgrade from previous Sony TV that failed

Great TV with one major flaw
TV is really good Excellent picture. Google TV operating system is good and hopefully easily updatable. However one major and quite unbelievable flaw is the mutually exclusive WiFi and ethernet. It will not enable both the same time. I rand Sony's support desk and they confirmed that this is the case. My 8 year old Samsung can do this.It's something that Sony needs to provide a software fix for.

Overall satisfied but lack few important features
I am completely satisfied with the sound and picture quality which is mainly needed for an audience as part of his/her viewing experience. But a must needed few things to be added are arrow pointer so that customer quickly move around while entering any text while searching, it is difficult to scroll by clicking the button on the remote. Deafult in built browser should be added to the apps menu
