Item stopped working

I purchased these headphones knowing dec. by January they stopped working. The seller wouldn’t return my calls or reply to my emails. Apple says I she’s to pay to have it fixed even tho it has a warranty until July. I’m so disappointed with customer service . No one was able to help . I called Macy’s 4 times and not one person was able to provide help or contact the 3rd party seller ! Never again!
