Not as described

I purchased item as I already have one in silver, same exact size. the gold one is not te size it's listed as and also in comparison to the silver chain, it's nowhere near the same in weight. it's nice looking but feels really cheap. I really like my silver one more than this one

I was a little disappointed with receiving my Rope Chain. Initially, I was excited and to ease my worries. The Customer Service Chat answered my questions that I had in reference to the quality and workmanship of the product. Only for it to arrive and be a little short in length. And no literature about the chain. After, being told that it would arrive with the chain.

Cheap hollow chain

Garbage broke really easy it’s hollow, if you buy a chain make sure it’s solid so it can be dived if it breaks.

Beautiful chain. Glad I bought it while on sale.

Beautiful chain. Good weight and amazing shine. The price of the chain based on gold weight is a total rip-off if you buy it at full price, as any department store is, but if you can get 80% + off; I would highly recommend. I'm very glad I purchased this! I'm a happy customer with a chain that will last a lifetime and generations.

Very Light

I ordered this chain online, and when it arrived I thought it felt very light. The chain I received weighed 5 grams (picture attached), so I went to the store the next day to confirm I received the correct item. She scanned the tag and said the UPC matched and therefore was the correct item. I immediately returned it
