Waste of money. just say no.

If I could negative numbers, this item would be a - 100. Customer service is non-existent. The instructions are de minimis. No description of how to use this for the advertised 30 plus facial treatments. And more importantly, it doesn't work. And worse, the company is expecting to make its money on your continued purchase of the gel. When other kinds of gel that are cheaper and better work just as well. Looked online to see if there were any more information about how to use this effectively. Aside from some slick and non-informative, short you-tube videos, there's nothing. Total waste.

I glad to have it

The device constructed very well, work fine. It is relatively new to the market. One suggestion, it would be great to have quick instructional videos to correctly use it for different purposes. As for me, I did not notice any significant improvements so far, but I have a mature skin, use it for a week. I will continue to use it at list for a few months to judge it usefulness.

Incredible results in 5 minutes use

I have another tool from the brand so when the sale was on I bought this microcirrent as it was a steal of a deal. The device is superb quality, it’s heavy and the metal prongs make full contact with large surface area of the skin. Translation: you get more contact more lift more toning out of one session, far more than any other device on the market. I researched the wave from and it’s the same microcurrent as nuface but you get the added benefit for red LED plus decongesting benefits of Gua Sha. This massager is a GEM. You get a year warranty with the brand even with Macys purchase. The results speak for themselves in just 5 minutes instant lift !!!

Love it- Instruction manual confusing

So far i like it a lot! They say you need 60 days to see results and I've only had it around a month, I like that it is two in one , the red light therapy plus the micro current so i do not have to have two machines and it takes up way less room.Takes less time than the NuFace, partly because the device is bigger so it covers more points at the same time. I found the instruction manual that you can access using the QR code provided was quite confusing. Some of the pictures did not seem to match up with the instructions, so I was not sure exactly how to correctly do one of the 30 facials that is available. There are no video tutorials online. So that is my only complaint.

Excellent micro current lift

So this is an excellent alternative to getting a professional Microcurrent facial at a medispa. Has 3 settings which on my skin feel like nothing to a mild tingle depending on how much Gel I am using. For a 2 month use I have seen a significant lift to my jowls, lines and beginning of saggy soft skin. The red light is such a bonus so as you’re focusing on muscle you’re getting a dose of light to smooth out the skin. Another bonus is you get full size free gel with the product when you purchase it. The gel itself is not sticky and absorbs so well after the session you can leave it like a masque for a boost of hydration.
