don’t buy

Don’t buy it. Not working. It only worked for couple of minutes and broke

It is not a very safe mechanism, barely touch the on button and starts, should have a safety option, also when installing the blade to the main shaft it is very complicated.

Very disappointed

I bought this few months ago, I don’t really use them regularly, after use the blender stopped working, and the extra cup cracked after 2 uses. Very disappointed, now Macy can’t do anything, they said to contact the company.

Five Stars +++ Love this hand blender.

Love, love, love this hand blender. I've owned several through the years, but this one definitely takes top honors. I use it for so much -- and rarely drag out my food processor or blender any longer. Aside from blending soup directly in the pot, this powerful blender lets me make smoothies, chop nuts for baking, and even whip up cream with ease. (love making my favorite bean dip directly in the chopping blow -- perfect consistency using the pulse feature) Not only is it easy to use -- especially with the 20 adjustable speeds, it is so easy to clean and store. Five stars from my kitchen.
