What a fiasco!

Who knew Macy had started using 3rd party sellers?? I've been a faithful Macy's customer for over 25 years and have never had such a problem. The earrings took forever to arrive only to find how poor quality they were. They are on their way back and I have requested a refund. Buyer beware!!
