Barbecuing at its BEST!

The Smoke & Spice book is a must have for serious Smokers and beginners! You will learn about spices and what food they are best suited for! Many beautiful pictures and many delicious recipes! The authors wrote this cookbook with a subtle sense of humor which makes it a pleasure to read! This is the only Smoker Cookbook that you will need! Love it!
