Eye pencil lead tendancy to fall out

I love this product and this is the second time I've purchased but I'm disappointed because the lead has a tendency to fall out for some reason and unfortunately I am outside of the return time allotted. Macy's should stand behind their product and replace this for me. The colors are great and I love that they have two colors on one and the way it looks and how it goes on - but the lead should not fall out after sharpened.

Allergic reaction

I have tried to love this product. It goes on smoothly and looks great however my eyes get irritated every time. I thought it was something else but no, it is the eyeliner.

Love this duo pencil!

What happened this time

Bought my second one of these. Loved the dual colors and staying power. My latest purchase- the product slid out of both ends and broke off. Pretty much a total loss. Didn’t keep the packaging or receipt but never buying again.
