Received used product

the product arrived as expected but looks like it's a product returned by somebody else. the manual says the parts needs to be assembled but many parts where pre assembled by the whom ever returned it. also from the pack of stickers that's part of the package one was missing. the sound system arrived faulty with no sound. the pretend play vacuum had many scratches as well. it was hard to convince my 3 year old son, so keeping it.
