Best thing I've tried.

I tried it on a whim. And it has help me so much. I no long have mood swings. It helped with my anxiety and night sweats . I take it every morning with my coffee or I need my tongue

Perimenopause releif

Great!

So I have been off birth control for over 6 months now and I wanted to try a product that will keep my hormones in check. I have tried this for a month and now I am not getting my period. But the hairs on my chin are going away and I see less hair each week. Other than me not getting my period now done I have been on it I think this product is plaid. Love the ingredients. I am a 33 year old female.
