Travel-Size Photo Finish Reduce Redness Primer
Product Details
Web ID: 6657530Does Absolutely Nothing
I've used other green primers (drug store brands to department store brands) to reduce the redness from rosacea and they've worked well. I love Smashbox Photo Finish primer so thought I'd give the redness reducer a try. It does absolutely nothing. I've tried it by itself, over primer, under primer... and nothing. It blends in beautifully and disappears. Pretty disappointed in this one :(
Product works
I have redness around my eyes and nose. This product works and is not heavy like concealer.

Great buy
Nice it really helps to take the red from under my eyes and any other red spots on your face. Love it!
Doesnt work
It DOES NOT reduce redness. I followed directions and tried it on a couple different places.
My favorite primer
I love this primer, been dealing with rosacea for a little while now and this one really helps with my redness. It balances it out very nicely and applies so silky and smooth to the face. It's literally a game charger

Smashbox Primer for red skin, Excellent!
I've been using this for several years. It's an excellent primer before applying g your makeup.
Best I've tried!
I have natural redness and I've tried several green tinted primers, none of which made any difference. This primer goes on silky smooth and feels beautiful on my skin. It creates a lovely smooth base for applying foundation. Best of all, it actually helps counter the redness which I find considerably reduced. I'm very happy to have found this product.

Changes I could have done without
I've been buying Smashbox photo finish reduce redness primer for several years to tone down redness from rosacea - the primer also helps smooth the application of the BB/CC creams I use as "foundation". The coverage is ok - I don't think there's a product that will completely hide the red (I am lucky enough not to have "rosacea acne") - but it helps enough and I like the "primer" effect enough to keep buying the product). Up until recently, the travel size was 1/2 the volume of the "at home" size and, if you bought 2, saved about $2 over buying 1 of the "at home" size). So, of course, they changed the packaging (and the price), and, I think, the product. Thumbs down on the new packaging - before the "tube" was squatter and see-through - I travel and squatter is better when trying to jam "liquids" into my quart sized bag and see-through allows you to see how full and what's left. But worse, the product is now a lot "runnier" so harder to apply. I'll be looking to move to another
