Not Sunbeam Quality :(

I've had many heated mattress pads over the years (love my toasty toes!), and this one falls short. It is plush and comfy, you don't feel the wires like you would in thinner pads... so that's good. But the heating has always been uneven... sometimes it heats, and sometimes it doesn't. I follow the directions (no extension cords, etc), but I'm not happy with this product. I'm contacting Sunbeam Customer Service for assistance.

A choice for heat!

My husband loves a really warm bed, I like a cool bed, so we solved this by buying this pad. Easy to install, easy to use, and my marriage will now last a few more years!

works well when it worked

I have the same complaint as reese. worked well for winter of 17-18, now I needed for this winter it barely warms with the setting on 3. would not recommend.

Good for ONE season

I'm glad I waited to write this review, because had I wrote it when I first received it, it would have been 5 stars. If you buy this mattress pad at an extreme discount and only need it for one season, then it's perfect. Long-term usage is not included with the purchase. The mattress pad is plush, you can't feel the wires at all! The preheat feature is amazing and it performed very well when it worked - it was purchased December of 2017. Fast forward to now, not even a full year later, and my opinion has TOTALLY changed. Fall has come again I need a warm bed, but unfortunately my mattress pad doesn't work - AT ALL, not even a little warm. I did all of the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. But you know what's worse than my product not working? Sunbeam customer service! It is HORRIBLE! I spent an hour on the phone (50 minutes of that being on hold), and was advised I would have to send my item back (via prepaid mailing label - guess I'll have to go find a box somewhere), then wait 2-3 weeks for a replacement AFTER they receive the item. So basically, I'll have to wait well over a month to receive a new mattress pad and then hope that it'll last longer than a year. I've purchased several Sunbeam products over the years, and this is by far the purchase that I regret the most. Macy's is great, Sunbeam - not so much.

Nicely warms but.....

A few hours into the first night of using my mattress pad it stopped warming and showed an error message on the units screen. A few on/offs did not clear the problem. Unplugging it did. The bigger issue is when I have my ear on my pillow every 30 seconds or so I hear a vibration noise similar to that of your cell phone. The sound continues all night or until you turn it off. I made sure nothing is touching the headboard that could cause a vibration. I plan on calling customer service, this can’t be right!

1. Unplug the power cord from the electrical connection.

2. Unplug the cord from the actual bedding product itself.

3. Re-plug the cord into the bedding product, making sure the connection is secure.

4. Re-insert power cord back into a wall outlet. NOTE: Do not use an extension cord, power strip, or surge protector, as they may negatively impact the performance of your bedding product.

The pad failed after 6 months of use

The pad started to fail with error messages on the control. Since it was used I am not sure what the return policy is on that and it failed after 6 month. very disappointed
