Purple Polka-dots

These garden shoes are not white Polka-Dots. They're light purple Polka-Dots color. Misleading information online. Also, runs small. Usually, I wear sizes 7,5 to 8 . Got them in size 8 . They feel tight. I tried to return them back in a Macy's store and was told that I have to ship them back. The store doesn't accept them.
