I hate Macys

I retuned this outfit April 26th in SLC store. I still Haven’t been refunded for it. I haven’t had one seamless interaction with Macys. It seems like their return policy is ridiculous. It has almost been a month and their third party vendor has had the return for 3 weeks. Why haven’t they sent my refund?
