Never fully expanded
I unwrapped my mattress on the 10th and Today is the 29th. The top and bottom still have fully expanded. I did receive a partial refund, but now I am rethinking my decision. I didn't realize how annoying it would be with the top slopping down, and the corners dented in. I would have rated the mattress a 4.5 if it would have fully expanded. It feels great!

Comfortable
I waited 6 months to write this review... and I’d just like to say it’s definitely the best mattress I’ve ever purchased. Sleeping next to my partner, it’s like they’re not even there. It’s comfortable on my back. Supportive yet cushioned.

I started to have lower back and neck pain
would make the base more firm. It looks like the mattress doesn't have consistent material.

Is not flat. Annoying!
I like the bedding material and the mattress is nice but it is not flat. Another reviewer stated their bed had a jump in the middle. Well mines is the opposite. It has a dip in the middle and I continuously roll towards the middle. It is very annoying. As for the material being cooling. I experience the opposite. I sweat constantly throughout the night.

WASTE OF MONEY
I WOULD RATE "0" IF POSSIBLE. TWIN SIZE MATTRESS IS MUCH TOO LARGE FOR THE TWIN SIZE FRAME. WE HAVE THE MATTRESS SQUISHED INTO THE BED FRAME AND IT'S BOWED IN THE MIDDLE - HIGHER IN THE MIDDLE THAN ON THE TWO ENDS SO THAT MY HEAD WILL BE SLOPED DOWN. HARDLY A COMFORTABLE SLEEPING POSITION. SINCE THIS WAS A BOXED PURCHASE, I AM TOLD I HAVE NO RECOURSE NOW THAT I'VE OPENED IT. THERE WAS NO WAY TO KNOW BEFORE I OPENED IT THAT IT WAS NOT MADE TO THE CORRECT SIZE. UNREAL. PLUS ONLY ONE PILLOW WAS INCLUDED WHEN TWO WERE PROMISED / PURCHASED. AS A PLATINUM MEMBER, I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW, BUT THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

Would buy again
This is such a comfy bed! There was a slight chemical smell that went away by the second day. I am so happy with this purchase.
