Spend your money on an already made frame.
It took me hours to put this thing together. I had to call customer service at one point, which they were very nice and helpful, but this should not be hard. In all my 44 years of putting furniture together this by far has been the worst. Nothing was labeled, the instructions were not the best. My hands are aching from having to remove parts and replace several times. One of the bars was bent, I hope this thing doesn't break and it is lopsided. One end is a little over an inch off the floor. Horrible product, if I could return it I would. So much time wasted on putting it together and I needed part of the box to fold up and place under the lopsided legs. I wish I could upload a picture.

Nightmare From Day 1
This was put together by the deliverers from Macy's and has never been right. All the legs wobble. The slats fall out all the time and after a couple of months the middle sags under a full-size mattress and the legs bow out. To return it, I have to pay an exorbitant return fee, plus my shipping fee is lost, and (adding further insult to injury) they want to charge a re-stocking fee of 15% on defective merchandise.

Excellent for the Price
I was looking for a bed frame that could be doubled as a mattress base. The slats are great! And the height makes it perfect! There are, however, a lot of screws and it could be difficult and very time consuming with one person. The assembly itself is very easy. I suggest using a drill with the proper drill bit. Its very silent on my tile floor and feels sturdy. Probably best for problem solvers on a budget.

Difficult to assemble, missing parts
First, I was missing multiple pieces upon arrival, and trying to get those replaced was a challenge. Even with all the pieces, the assembly instructions were so confusing. They were referring to parts that didn't exist, and showing pictures that made no sense. I'm guessing the instructions were referring to an older model of the product. I really just wanted to return the whole thing, but it would have taken so much effort to dis-assemble everything, it was easier just to get the missing parts. However, if I ever move, I will not be keeping this frame as it is cumbersome and I am not willing to go through the effort of taking it apart.
