Asymmetrical Cape dress

I purchased this dress BEFORE it was placed as Last Act. The dress does not fit, and I cannot return the dress. This is hardly fair.

Horrible gown

Except for the color, it's horrible. Cannot wear for 10 minutes . Sequins hurts your body and scratches your inner arms. Can't return it
