Ripped the first time used.

We finally used this suitcase when travel was safe. It ripped on the very first trip! Terrible quality.

Junk, Junk, JUNK!!!!

These replacements for my luggages that Delta damaged are overwhelmingly inferior to my luggage.

Stylish but not very durable

I purchased the Eastlake denim style medium check in luggage and the backpack style carry on and it is great looking set. I only used the luggage 3 times and this final time I pulled up on the extension handle that you lift and roll the luggage around with and to my surprise the handle came off in my hand. I’ve only had the luggage approximately 6 months. I’m hoping that the company will stand by its claim of such a great product.

Wrong description, it says gray bitumen it’s green I cannot no returned it because I am traveling in 2 days but I didn’t like it. At least is light. I would like a compensation for the wrong description

new suitcase

We haven't used it yet, but it is the same as the last one, which we bought 20 years ago. It should meet all our needs!

Great Luggage

Great on the go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you travel frequently this is perfect for you, my favorite thing about it is the four wheels and so easy to glide. The look is so sleek and is easy to lift in and out of places. I packed everything I needed plus had more room for things.
